These runs are open to the public.
These group runs are used to train for the Community First Fox Cities Marathon.
However, you do not need to be signed up for the Community First Fox Cities Marathon to join these runs.
And you do not need to be a PaceSetters Member to join these runs.
But you must complete this Crunch Fitness free pass if you want to use the restrooms in Crunch Fitness.
There are shorter runs for those training for the Half Marathon and longer runs for the Full Marathon.
Near the beginning of the training season, the runs are shorter distance, and slowly the distance is increased, week by week.
Before these runs, we convene on the east side of Crunch Fitness.
Just look for the group of runners and the PaceSetters table.
There is parking across the street.
Worried about your pace? Don't be! We have yet to have a runner join us that was too (so-called) fast or (so-called) slow. There will most certainly be one or more folks to run with at your pace. We have runners that run anywhere from 7 minutes per mile to 15 minutes per mile, and everywhere in between.
After the run, we reconvene at Crunch to refuel with fruit, Dunkin donuts, water, gatorade, and a bit of socializing.Maps and Routes (because it's nice to know where to go)
