When: Saturday 8:00 am (September thru May)
Where: Copper Rock Coffee Shop, 210 West College Ave, Appleton
These group runs are open to the public.
You do not need to be a PaceSetters Member to join these runs.
After the run, we reconvene at Copper Rock Coffee for, you guessed it, coffee and socializing.
These runs occur over the cooler months, starting the week after the Fox Cities Marathon in September through May or June.
Around May or June, these runs do not occur as we instead convene at Telulah Park on Saturday Morning for training runs leading up to the Fox Cities Marathon.
There is a 6 mile, 8 mile and 10 mile route, and it doesn't matter how so-called "fast" you run.
Your participation is what matters, not your performance!
Before these runs, we convene either inside of Copper Rock Coffee or on the sidewalk in front of Copper Rock Coffee. Just look for the group of runners.
Parking: There is parking in a parking lot behind Copper Rock Coffee
Restrooms: There are restrooms in Copper Rock Coffee
In the mood for a photo dump? Why not? Check out our group run photos!

There are shorter runs for those training for the Half Marathon and longer runs for the Full Marathon.
Near the beginning of the training season, the runs are shorter distance, and slowly the distance is increased, week by week.
Before these runs, we convene at the pavilion in Telulah Park.
Just look for the group of runners and the PaceSetters table.
Parking: There is parking next to the pavilion
Restrooms: There are restrooms in the pavilion
Worried about your pace? Don't be! We have yet to have a runner join us that was too (so-called) fast or (so-called) slow. There will most certainly be one or more folks to run with at your pace. We have runners that run anywhere from 7 minutes per mile to 15 minutes per mile, and everywhere in between.
After the run, we reconvene at Telulah Park to refuel with fruit, Dunkin donuts, water, gatorade, and a bit of socializing.
Maps and Routes
Because it's nice to know where to go
By the way, speaking of pace, check out the VDOT Running Calculator, it's pretty cool. You plug in your race pace, and it spits out what your race pace should be for various different types of runs, tempo run pace, easy run pace, interval, and so on. It totally takes the guess work out of figuring out your pace and ensures you have the right pace for your various training runs. Nice!
Water Stations
Every few miles, there will be a volunteer providing water and gatorade. Check out the maps to know exactly where each water station will be. And if you would be willing to volunteer (thank you!) at one of the water stations please Contact Us.
Let's celebrate you (because you rule)
When: Saturday 8:00 am
