When: Saturday 7:00 am (May 27 - September 2)
Where: Crunch Fitness, 2500 S Kensington Dr, Appleton
These runs are open to the public. You do not need to be a PaceSetters Member to join these runs. But you must complete this Crunch Fitness pass if you want to use the restrooms.
There are shorter runs for those training for the half marathon and longer runs for the full marathon.
Near the beginning of the training season, the runs are shorter distance, and slowly the distance is increased, week by week.
Before these runs, we convene near the "Group X" side doors.
There is parking across the street (in the temporary Appleton Public Library parking lot).
After the run, folks reconvene at Crunch to refuel with fruit, Dunkin donuts, and water or gatorade, and a bit of socializing.
You are welcome to use the restrooms in Crunch Fitness.
PaceSetters members can enroll for a Crunch Fitness membership with a zero dollar enrollement fee.
When: Saturday 8:00 am
Where: Copper Rock Coffee Shop, 210 West College Ave, Appleton

There is a 6 mile, 8 mile and 10 mile route, and it doesn't matter how so-called "fast" you run. Your participation is what matters, not your performance!
After the run, we reconvene at Copper Rock Coffee Shop for, you guessed it, coffee and socializing.
These runs occur over the cooler months, starting the week after the Fox Cities Marathon in September through May or June. Around May or June, these runs do not occur as we instead convene at RunAway Shoes on Saturday Morning for training runs leading up to the Fox Cities Marathon.

Fun runs are a great (and fun) way for you to connect with other PaceSetters members.
As you may have guessed, the Fun Runs start with a Fun Run, typically with a 5k (3 mile) and 10k (6 mile) route.
After the Fun Run, we convene for food.
These are typically Pot Luck style, with plenty of fruit, salad, and some sort of main dish.
You must be a PaceSetters member to join these Fun Runs, and the food is free for all PaceSetters members (Become a PaceSetters Member)
